Just read the article on it and one thing i am not sure about is should i hold a stretch for a full 30 seconds or to 3 10 second stretches, im planning on doing bies today so it would be lying + incline dumbell stretches.

I believe the protocol is to do a somewhat light stretch for about 10 seconds and then do a full, intense stretch for up to 30 seconds.
