I have not forgot, bro. Just been busy. I saw your post, and was thoroughly impressed. Thank you for taking the time to articulate such an intellegent response.

Matthew 7:20
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Venom I really like The Fourth Horseman of the Apocalypse training split.

But it is impossible to me (I work all the morning and afternoon) to have two workouts in a day.

Do you think it is possible to adapt this training split to one workout a day split? Do you have any idea how can I do this?

Hey Venom, in relation to the post regarding the ranking of post workout protocols, I just want to say that was one of the best threads I've ever read on here. It felt like going to class, its great to have back and forth discussion like that, I know that is kind of what the tip of the week and research question of the week aims to achieve. This is what truly sets this site apart and its great to learn so much. Hope this month zooms by for you bro, I know what its like to have a packed schedule.

Thanks, everyone!

I am glad you guys like that thread. I have a ton of plans for how to maximize the acquisition of knowledge on this site, as do the other leaders on here. It will take some time to bring to realization all of our ideas, but things are coming together. The boards are really heading into the direction we want them to go. And scientific, thoughtful posts by members like you guys is what is going to make it continue to improve.
