Default Why am i so prone to stretch marks!!

i mean common, first day of my bulk and i forget to put on Vit E cream and do a chest/back workout only to find a new stretch mark merging with my old ones to make a line from my armpit all the way to the front/side of my chest. Now even with my arms down you see a lightning bolt shaped red mark going into my armpit.

"The truth I’ve discovered is that you don’t have to lift enormous weights to grow muscle. By using stricter form, slower negatives, and stretching between sets you can get an incredible pump in all your workouts. Numbers are an abstraction, especially to muscles. Your body doesn’t know the absolute weight of what you lift, it only recognizes how heavy it feels. The secret is to make lighter weights feel heavier. " - Frank Zane

I have some exactly where you have them, from the top of my bicep across my armpit to my outer pec.....even though I train my pecs the least in terms of frequency and volume. But I can't tell if I get new ones because there's so many of them already! If i do a front double bicep pose there's literally a patch of stretch marks around my outer chest. I also have some on my rear delts, and quads. I always wear a t-shirt or jumper to workout now cos it just freaks people out if they see my stretch marks.

But you should be proud of them!! Battle scars from the iron game.

Buy some vitamin e enriched soap/body wash, it's the easiest way to prevent them.

Will start trying this instead of the creame, but since i shower after a morning workout would it still be there during my workout from the previous day to avoid any stretch marks that may come from a crazy pump?
