eugen : why pay so much. just go to a book store and ask them to order it for you, if not in stock.
it is a great book though. i have taken so much from it on how to train your lagging spots, posing ideas, breakdowns of muscle groups and how to work them, along with a general welth of knowlege every bodybuilder should have. its a great buy, and i look at it at least once a week for insight and motivation. |

you havent seen all of em. i got some suff that nobody has seen. i have been taking pics since i was 15. and i thought i was tough stuff when i was 120lbs. so stupid.
