I just bought this. *yes, shame on me!* and I am just reading every single page. Have you read it? What did you think of it?

Personally i enjoy the book a lot, not only for the pics for for the vast amount of exercises it has pictures for. Since buying this book i know i have corrected my form on at least 4 exercises. I always thought your arms should be 90deg from your body during Skull Crushers, foolish me no wonder i never got a good peak contraction.

By using stricter form, slower negatives, and stretching between sets you can get an incredible pump in all your workouts. Numbers are an abstraction, especially to muscles. Your body doesn’t know the absolute weight of what you lift, it only recognizes how heavy it feels. The secret is to make lighter weights feel heavier. I payed 60 dollars for this book. I lost 6 times on ebay and at the last time i said : i will pay even if it is 1000 dollars.
This man is a legend , not only on the physicall level but on the mental also. Just read chapter 7 in this encylopedia to know the real value of such a man... It is a perfect book but on a nutritional level , it is a basic entrance to bodybuilding nutrition. europe don't stop exporting talents.....

I love the perspective he's got on females doing bodybuilding and how he didn't include a section for females because there shouldn't be any distinction on training although there might be on goals.
And he would support his daughters if they decide to do bbing. I want a daddy like that!!!*pout* Amazon

[/ QUOTE ] LOL Gabe. I am reading more now. I am shocked at how Arnold's definition of bodybuilder fits me..like waking up early to the gym and waiting for the gym to open! I remember waking up at 4:00 am, take a public bus at 5:00 am and then hitting the weights at 5:30 pm every single day, then go and study full time, work part time and come back to the gym for cardio. Of course, this was in college. Now, I am getting back into that routine again. Amazon
