Another reason for you to go talk to that pretty lady over on the treadmill;
A study done at the university of chicago discovered that a male's interaction with an attractive female can boost testosterone by about 30%! Which means more gains for you (both in your little black book and on your frame).

to me its a trade off though... I might get a test boost from flirting with the opposite sex but the distraction of it would ruin my focus when training!!!

i agree 100% with that study!!!! seriously cause whenever i talk to a pretty girl (since i'm a veteran at the gynm i go to so i always run into atleast 3) for a little while i feel more confident, and seriously feel like lifitng more veen when no one is watching...awesome!

I dont talk to guys at the gym. I go there to work out! You need to wait for one of my breaks and just make it quick. I don't have time for conversation that lasts longer than 30 sec to 1 min. lol.
