Hate to bring the thread from joy to saddness, but my grandmother died on this day 5 years ago. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] So since I don't live in the US, today is the day for me to honor her memory [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

My church celebrated America's Birthday yesterday night and pronounced several prophetic declarations about healing of finances, hearts restored to God and destroy Satan's works. We had a pastor from Nigeria who is expert in dealing with evil and curses speak to us about gates. He said that a nation's birthday is a gate and when we pray on this date, we can bring blessings through prayers.

My town did fireworks the day before Independence Day because no one 'wanted' them on the 4th because of work. WHAT IS THAT, a slap in the face to all who died to get this country going. I know that it’s just symbol but come on.
