Default PWO meals and just eating in general

How do you fellas structure your starchy, fibrous, protein, fat intake through the day. Here is my schedule (I am on a cut):

Workout Day:
M1: starchy, protein
M2: PWO shake
M3: starchy, fibrous, protein, fats
M4: starchy, fibrous, protein, fats
M5: starchy, fibrous, protein, fats
M6: protein, fats

Non-Workout Day:
M1: starchy, protein
M2: starchy, fibrous, protein
M3: starchy, fibrous, protein
M4: fibrous, protein, fats
M5: fibrous, protein, fats
M6: protein, fats

Any and all comments appreciated.

Another question. Are fibrous carbs necessary for the PWO meal? I know that starchy carbs are.

I don't have much fiber in my PWO meal, but I do have some fibrous carbs in my last meal of the day. Celery w/ natty PB!
