This is a terrible idea. Glucose may be the first ingredient but it is not the only ingredient. Maple syrup also contains fructose amongst other things. Fructose is to be avoided post workout. In fact you should avoid fructose entirely on a cut.

Most online stores charge about 2 bucks per pound of maltodextrin and dextrose. I think that this is a little pricy.
Bennyhanna1 where did you buy your stuff?
