Default Starting cut - can I still have my peanut butter?!?

I'm well into my cut (down from 30% bf to around 19% bf according to MicroSoft's "Fitness Progress Chart for Men"). I don't believe it to be as accurate as taking skin measurements, but it's a quite check. Anyway, to my question: Can I still have my all-natural peanut butter during my cut!!???!!! Some one please say "Yes!" Last year (summer) I never could get much below 20-21%...but I ate tons of peanut butter. I posted some pics and got lots of congrates, but I want more definition this summer. I'll be posting pics again this year. You guys aren't going to believe what I started with. But I came off of nearly dying and being hospitalized to around 9 months of no workouts and lots of pizza, cheese-bacon burgers & of course fries! Wait till you see the slob I was.

You can, but I decrease my pb intake the further I get into my cut. It has a higher concentration of omega 6 fatty acids, which are not nearly as beneficial as omega 3's. And with your limited caloric intake, you will want to eat as many foods with optimal densities in certain nutrients as possible (i.e. flax). It also contains a high portion of monounsaturated fats, which are good; however, evidence suggests they have the lowest satiety ranking--polyunsaturated, incidentally, has the highest.

Also, it can contains incomplete proteins, and the source of carbs are not exactly optimal.

p.s Good to see you, tdenis!

Thanks, Venom. I think you'll be surprised when I post pics. Particularly as to how fat I got!!! Also experienced the blessings of another new child boy to the family. Wow, I went from experiencing near-death to life-creation within a couple of months! Now that's living!

Instead you could add ground up flax seeds( flax meal ) to the bars for an added crunch, fiber, protein and EFAs!!
