I'm on holiday in 3 days and my protein shake is out. What can I use as an alternative PWO shake??? Or food.

Egg whites, or tuna is usually the best temporary alternative. Do you still have malto and dex.? If you do, then still use them.

This will be difficult. Where are you on holiday? Anywhere that has a large supermarket should sell Glucose, which is Dextrose monohydrate. You will usually find it in the cooking section. It is inexpensive.
For protein post workout, try egg whites. They are not as ideal as whey protein, but they are a reasonably fast digesting protein. Why cant you bring your PWO ingredients with you?

Recently, I was on a business trip and found a GNC in the town that I was in. I purchased several individual RTD shakes to carry me through the four days that I was away. I didn't need to carry any extra contents in my suitcase either way.
