Default Stopping Forearm Burnout

I have been noticing that my forearms start burning when i am doing upper arm work, particularly my biceps, but also my triceps to the point where i can't continue the lift without resting for a few seconds. Normally I would love this feeling, but I feel it's taking away from the other parts of the arm. Any suggestions?

Try some straps maybe? I've never heard of that happening before with triceps and biceps.

See I thought of that, but straps help with deadlifting just because you can let the weight hang from your ands by the straps. You kind of have to hold the bar for curls, say.

The burn is identical to the type you get from farmer's carries.

Keep on hammering the forearms until they catch up! Otherwise, work through it best you can. I have similar problem on shrugs and SLDLs.

Basically you have to deal with it because your forearms are weaker than your other muscles.
