Does the post workout shake you have vary dpending on what you are doing--say you weightlift in the morning and you do cardio at night.

Don't need a PWO shake post-cardio. People doing two workouts per day (like Joe) drink a regular shake and then half a shake after the second workout. Also, if you do a reduced volume workout, or hit only a small bodypart or something, you don't need the full PWo shake. Otherwise, drink a regular PWO shake.
