I weigh around 180lb and I take around 70gr fast carbs after the workout together with 40gr whey. -> 35gr dextrose/35gr maltodextrine & salt. Is this okay? Or too much?

Are you bulking or cutting? Whats your body fat %? I weigh 145 and im taking in about 65grams of carbs PWO on a bulk.

Actually I want to cut but I thought that after the workout you have to load the muscles with fast carbs. Can I become "fat" when the window of opportunity is open???
