Default alternating food types

I seem to remember, though this is probably wrong, that during a meal, to eat proteins first then carbs. Does this make sense? I find that if I eat protein first then eat carbs about an hour later I don't feel bloated. Then I would repeat this pattern. I have also heard that carbs spare protein. Could you break through what may be myth and hersay please! Thanks!

well, you can run a search. this has been discussed before. i seem to remember reading that proteins should be eaten first. why do you separate your proteins and carbs by an hour? i think eating a proper meal based on your macros every few hours would be better than eating protein one hour and carbs the next. especially for a
bodybuilding lifestyle.

Proteins and carbs should be eaten simultaneously or withing a few minutes of each other.
