Shoulders + Quads (sets) weight/reps *weight does not take into account weight machine adds* 5 sets hanging leg raises; 15-20 reps/set, straight legs smith machine shoulder press (4) 50/10; 100/6; 80/6; 60/10; 50/8 cable rope pull (3) 120/8; 130/8; 120/10 cable side lateral raises (1) 15/to failure; holding 2 seconds cable front raises (1) 15/to failure; holding 2 seconds shrugs (3) 135/8; 180/8; 135/10 *weight per side; plate loaded shrug machine hamstring curls (5) 130/6; 110/6; 100/6; 90/8; 70/8 20 minutes elliptical Good workout, would have liked to do more hamstrings, but ran out of time :P Last day to "cheat" - halving my "extra" carbs for the next week, starting tomorrow.
