This varies from person to person. I am going to be up to 5,000 calories soon. I know brothaman is up above 6,000, and I think Joe eats up around 10,000 or maybe thats his cut.

I'm not bulking right now, and didn't used to track my calories when I was but I ate like crap back then. I'm about 168 lbs right now, and I think 3500 cals would take me to 180 at least. I'm 17, 5'7".

Steveo was takin 8500+ I'd be crappin all day if I did that.
I remember hearin of Joes 2500 cal CLEAN breakfasts. Thats ALOT of clean food. |
