I don't like too much muscle on a woman, it makes them look a bit like a man with no hip, lower body muscle is fine, but upper body?!!! :S

[/ QUOTE ]

there is always a line to draw for how much muscle, but toned arms? shoulders? a nice shoulder to waist ratio, abs? those are all great!!! 90% of girls, even in clubs (the obvious place to find goodlooking women) don't come close to girls at the gym. and im not some weirdo with a buff girl fetish, i even got my friends that don't workout to agree with me -- they were in a headlock.

wait... did i mention the lower back? i have to mention it again even if I did the first time, I love that gap formed at the spine around the lower back, that indented snake I like to call it.

keep it up ladies, you're so beautiful.

I have always liked athletic women. What is NOT to love about someone who takes care of themselves?

imagine coming home to your wife and kids (or for you girls, your husband and kids)

and seeing your wife/husband feeding the kids koolaid, chips, ice cream, and a vitamin C fortified carton drink.

then when you get mad, they focus on the vitamin C fortified carton drink with 1% real juice.

another reason to love athetlic women.

Okay, I'm not a guy or anything but I think muscular arms on a women are amazing. When I see another woman walking around with very toned/muscular arms, I have an immediate admiration and respect for her. You automatically know that she works hard for her body, and I hold that in high regard as opposed to a woman who has skinny arms/upper body and an eating disorder.

So true! My ULTIMATE role model is (of course) Monica Brant! But I think all the figure & fitness women have beautiful bodies and I truly admire ANY woman who commits themself to this lifestyle.

The thing that really makes me laugh is when "average" women say that they don't want to work out too hard at the gym because they'll "get Muscular", they have no idea of how hard it is to gain muscle. So, /nuf respect to the ABC ladeeeeeeeeeeeeeeys.

Hearing that encourages me even more to keep lifting harder and heavier despite the girls in my gym who thinks 2 lbs. is heavy!! At least they're there and hopefully they will get educated as time goes on.

Anorexia is a serious disorder and I dont think you should be criticizing another human for their faults. It is hard to understand something you've never experienced.
