I've seen numerous diet plans indicating eating various numbers of egg whites for breakfast depending upon how many calories and protein you need for that meal. The most common breakfast
seems to be 4, 5, 6 or more egg whites and a cup of oatmeal. I have two problems, 1. I can't eat that much, and 2., I don't like eggs that much! So, can I substitute a whey protein drink for the eggs? Tim |
