Default pros and cons ???

What are the pros and cons concerning ON natural whey vs ON whey? I have been using the natural, just don't want to miss out on somehting important.

Well, the natural version has 2 grams carbs and 1 gram sugar more then the regular version. The natural version also contains fructose unlike the regular one. Stevia is used as the sweetener for the natural, but I have heard some negative things on Stevia. I cannot confirm they are true so I will not state them here. Personally, I use the regular Double Rich Chocolate whey.

On a side note, I have tasted the vanilla ice cream flavor and I disliked it.

Yeah do a search on Stevia Joe showed that its pretty bad.

Joe just said stay away from it because it's not approved by the FDA is all, there's currently no solid evidence of any negative effects of consuming stuff sweetened with stevia.

Are you sure it contains stevia? It's not listed on the ON natural whey ingredients list, except that it might fall under "natural flavor."

Either way, you would have to choose between stevia and aspartame (I believe that's the sweetener used in the normal version), and between the two I think that stevia has fewer side effects...
