Default Training with slight DOMS.

I did chest yesterday and went very heavy/high volume on cable crossovers. Anyways I was gonna hit bis today and my bis have a tiny bit of DOMS should this be Ok? OR should I avoid it I don't know.

Tiny bit? I wouldn't worry much about it. I sometimes will have overlapping DOMS between leg and back days, even if I space them out few. I think as long as you can call it a "little bit" you're fine.

Of course, the ideal is not to and I would think that if you made it a habit all the time you might get into some trouble. As long as you let the bis and pecs DOMS clear before the NEXT time you do those days, no worries.

Jeff.

Yea, I usually do. Thanks Blue. It's only noticeable when I flex my bis hard.

do it. I make the best gains when I chain my workouts such that I start the next workout when previous DOMS is very very slight, or just ceased.

I don't think it's a huge issue. As long as you do some good warm ups before hand and don't work the muscles cold, you should be jsut fine.

Maybe a silly question but what's a DOMS?
