Default What you believed was true when you were a kid.

Hey guys...

I was thinking recently about everything that I believed was true when I was a kid, that I realize now is, well, completely wrong.

Anyways, here is what I used to think:

1. That i could dig to China...Didn't we all think that?
2. I though Catalina Island, which is off the coast of California, was Japan.
3.That I could feel the rotation of the earth.

Soo..I know I'm cool. Anyone have anything to add to this cool list? Like maybe you thought you ACTUALLY were batman, or something *cough* mecha *cough*

haha...thats good X.

I had these Nike shoes when I was a kid that had the air in the heels. Well, you know how divers in the Olympics do a small little jump before their big jump to add momentum and get them high on the main jump? Well, I would do that with my Nike shoes with the air in the heel. I would get a little preemptive jump and then jump really high saying that the air in my heels did it. I thought I was as fast as Sonic the Hedgehog too.

I use to think that the newer shoes you had the faster you could run. As the shoes got older the speed got worn out of them.

I thought that I would always be small. Though I have only made small mass gains in a long term plan, I do not beleive this anymore.

Hmm, let's see...

1. I thought that bears had keys to my house (I grew up in Montana, where I saw a lot of black bears and Grizzlies, and was afraid that they would come into my room at night ).

2. I thought that toothpaste was made out of lard (my older sister told me it was , but don't worry, it only lasted a couple of days before my parents set things straight and I was back to brushing, lol).

3. I thought that WWF was real (and I tried one of the moves on my little sister--there was blood and there were tears ).
