U should educate yourself about carbs.
Go and make a search : GI index and cutting carbs.
u will learn how and what to eay while on a cut.

Here is a good, basic guide for carb cycling that Venom has suggested in the past:

Day 1:

.5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight

Day 2:

.5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight

Day 3:

2 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight

Day 4:

1-1.5 grams of carbohydrates per pound of body weight

Day 5:

Start cycle over

Have between 1.5-2 grams of protein on your low carb days. On the high carb day lower it to 1-1.5 grams. You will get plenty fat from animal fat in meats. The theory is, short-term carb cycling forces the body to turn to fat for fuel supply, and then brings back carbs before any damage can be done to muscle tissue, thyroid hormone or the metabolism.

You should have very slow burning carbs on day 1-2. i.e. Vegetables, and oatmeal. On the high carb day steal stay clean, but have plenty of starches.

I currently do 3 days of low carb dieting and 1 day of high carb loading. On my low carb days I still keep it around 150-200 grams of carbs with plenty of GLV's, and only my first two meals having starchy carbs.

On a high carb today(today in fact), I have all starchy carbs throughout the day except my last meal, and 330gs of carbs which is about 2 x my mass.
