I'm looking for a list of the supersets that are recommended for each muscle group. I know the possibilities are pretty much endless, but I was wonderin if anyone had a list or something of the more common/better ones for different muscle groups. Thanks.

I'm not so sure that the exercises are grouped that way on this site. But, if you have a look through the "8 weeks to...." routines posted here you'll find a lot of supersets in those.
I'm guessing that makes them "recommended".

You know what. I don't follow typical superset guidelines. I tend to superset within the same muscle group ALWAYS. I like doin compound heavy followed by isolated light (with appendages anyways. For example heavy db curls ss w/ cable concentration curls. Or heavy french presses ss w/ tricep rope extensions. For some serious hard core try heavy front squats super setted with the same weight of back squats to failure. FRIGGIN BRUTAL!

Some of my favorite supersets -
Lateral raises ss front raises Upright rows ss DB shrugs - use as a transition when moving from shoulders to traps Skull crushers ss close grip bench ss diamond (close) pushups (use an easy bar for the first two) Leg press ss stiff legged dead lifts (I'll throw calf raises after leg press more often then not) Leg extensions ss leg curls Single arm cable curls ss double arm cable curls Hammer strength upright row machine - single arm ss double arm Wide grip pullups ss close grip pullups (brutal ) Lat pull downs ss seated rows I like to mix it up using complementary muscle groups and opposing muscle groups whenever possible.... I could keep going but the supersets above are done more than anything else.... heck experiment with different combinations....
