While we all know that the traditional french press is an awesome tricep exercise, but a great way to increase core strength is to do them on an aerobic ball.
Great caution is to be taken when doing this, as if you are not perfectly balanced, you can cause serious injury. Normally, I do about 115pds for my french press, but on the aerobic ball, I will use between 50-70pds. I find that my abs and shoulders get a really great pump after doing a set of this. I'm sure a variant of this exercise has been posted before, but this is just a quick reminder for you guys/gals.

LOL, I should have probably made the qualifier that you are indeed sitting, not standing on the aerobic ball!

Standing would be hardcore! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] You could lay on it too and do some old school extensions!
