When I was 12, I was about 5'7" and 193 lbs, then dropped to 135 over the years through eating right and but not really exercising. I am now 5'9" and am still 135 lb and am trying to lose about 5-10 lb through weight lifting/working out.
I'm new to this forum so I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but since I'm a woman, I decided to post here. I wanted to know about how many calories I need to eat, and what to eat and such to reach my goal weight of 125 lb. I am looking for a sleek and slender body, toned femininly but not muscular. Any suggestions on exercises, food, etc. And where else to ask for help, like on the nutrition board? I need guidence. Thank you.
