I've read the creatine article many times. When cycling creatine is it best to wait 2 weeks then cycle again. Or is it better to just never to come off of it and load. The article says that never coming off of it is the more popular method of dosage but is it the most optimal ?

i think it was somewhere on this site where i read use it for 8 weeks then take 4 weeks off, and load again every time

Creatine is not something you need to cycle, you can use it at all times, it has not been shown to have any adverse effects over long term use. I use it consistently just like whey.

some guy in a supplement store tried telling one of my friends that not cycling creatine can put air pockets in your heart....where in the world does this train of thought come from?
