A friend of mine wants to lose fat and that is her sole goal. She has no desire whatsoever to gain muscle so what would everyone recommend for her?
Would the 13 week guide be useful, given that it is written for a bodybuilder? Any help much appreciated [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] |
