An hour to an hour and a half after you finish your PWO shake have a well rounded solid meal.....

Quick question: So I can include fats in my post-workout meal, an hour and a half after working out(first hour goes towards PWO shake)
Also I usually work out in the evening, which is the time I need to be taking my EFA's, so all the more better if I can in my workout meal. |

when your hungry
listen to your body theres no exact right time. your not gonna want food at the same time after every work out, since intensity and work done vary from to workout. but bout an hour is normally a good guideline |
