This might not be the healthiest thing to eat, but on the other hand it contains oatmeal so it evens out.
Take some margarine or butter and melt it in a pan. Im not sure exactly how much, but go by feel (better less than more)... Use medium heat When the margarine is melted, add a few scoops of oatmeal, and a few tablespoons of sugar. Stir it around for a while untill the stuff is pretty dry. Then eat it with a glass of milk to go with |

If Im gonna eat butter AND sugar, I think I will stick with cake! Cake mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. (with WW flour of course, lol) Seriously, I don't think oats help balance that out. You could use splenda instead of sugar, and olive oil instead of butter. That would help. might suck tough, i dont know [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Could work, but im not sure. Anyway, you might aswell try it once because its realy good (and its one of those foods that it doesent take much of to satisfy your hunger)

Sounds absolutely disgusting. Just stick with whey and oats. Sugar=Satan.

This is actually a real recipe this stuff goes on top of cooked apples and it taste great.
I was thinking about making something healthy out of it a week ago, still thinking how it could be done

Not very healthy. I bet that you get a whole lot of acrylamid from frying the oats..
