Default Competing

The ultimate reward when sculpturing your body is when you get a first at a bodybuilding competition.

I recieved that reward recently and the most rewarding thing was the comments people gave me how good I looked.

When training toward a competion you bulk and go your hardest the normal body building workouts

Chest / Tri
Back / bi
Shoulders
legs

or maybe another combination of these

then the shocking workouts to"shock your system like supersets and the like.

Than the grueling diets I was around 3-4% bodyfat and felt like a skinned rabbit.

Then the hydration and dehydration when you are carbing up.

The only negative thing I found with the process is the last part of your diets where your temper seems to get to its worst

You'l have a very short fuse !

But I would recomment competing to anyone !

Tony
