Default leg development

I feel the muscles at the top of myy inner leg, properly named the gracilis and sartorius are lagging.
I was jus wondering if anyone had anyadvice on how to focus on these muscles when squatting / leg pressing by changing foot position, or if there were any exercises which would target these muscles.

I know its irrelevant but I was laos wonderin how to paste pics into my posts.

Some really good exercises that target them are hip abduction, and adduction work. They are both vital to keep your knees locked during the squat also. As far as isolating them during a squat, go with a wide stance, point your toes OUT slightly, and try and SPREAD the floor with your feet (push your feet down, and out. That activates the hip flexors.

Force X's Distance / Time ='s POWER

I.E. in a lift, you can increase power by

A. Heavier resistance moved in same movement time as lighter over same distance
B. Same weight with faster movement time
C. Same weight, moved over greater distance in same time
D. Because distance limited by length of limbs, typically only weight or rate are changeable in resistance training
