if 1 cup = 110 grams then you have some peculiar oats. (or i do )
i have 3 different packs at home... 3 diffeent brands, i sometimes run out at work and just buy there then bring home and so... but to the point. on 100g: (means less then 1 cup) 379 kcal (1587J) Carbs: 60g Proteins: 13.9g Fat: 6.9g --- others vary some but jitter is small. sooo ... some strange oats you have

Just plain Quaker Oats 100% whole grain 100% natural. Serving size is 1/2 cup so i just doubled it all to compare to the 1 cup serving size of black beans.
