Slim Fast Optima Shake 50% less sugar..mmmmmm chalk in a can!!! [img]/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
(i looked at the cottage cheese and yogurt and couldn't do it today)

Meal # 3
2 oz. yellow fin tuna
mixed greens
light seasme ginger dressing
1/2 c 1% fat cottage cheese
1 scoop choc whey isolate
sugar free ff fuge pop
(after all that I was actually still hungry for once. I usually eat a side dinner salad and am full. Breakfast makes me feel stuffed).

** when I got to work evil people brought me honey roasted macadamia nuts and I had to eat some!!! YUMMY!!!!

Push Ups 15, 11, 1
DB Bench press w/rotation in 3x15/20lbs (ea. hand)

Decline Press 1x15/25lbs. ea. 2x11/25lbs. ea.
Incline Flyes 3x15/20lbs. ea.
(I don't know what it was, but this was a great workout...no rest and I was smoked. I wanted to do tri's but didn't have the strength) love it!!

V ups on Bench 3x15
Twisting Pelivc Lift on Bench 3x15
Incline Crossover 3x15 ea. side
Side Bends 3x15/8 lbs. ea.
Trunk Twists Standing 3x25/25 lbs.
Reverse Curl on Bench 3x15

Sunday 4/3/05

French Press 15/30lbs.ea. 13/30lbs. 8/30lbs.
Dips 11, 11, 10

What does powerlifting focus on???

Force X's Distance / Time ='s POWER

I.E. in a lift, you can increase power by

A. Heavier resistance moved in same movement time as lighter over same distance
B. Same weight with faster movement time
C. Same weight, moved over greater distance in same time
D. Because distance limited by length of limbs, typically only weight or rate are changeable in resistance training
