ive been doing weightlifting since june of last year, i have noticed some good gains but not much, but for the last 2 to 3 months i seemed to have plateud. so far ive been doing weightlifting without any supplements my question is, would supplements help me to pass the plateau? (i have changed my routine more than a month ago but that didnt seem to work)
i know a change of diet is also needed but i live in a house of 5 so competition for food is great so i am being limited to how much i can eat per day but not what i can eat, so can anyone give me advice what foods i most definitely should eat everyday. thanks in advance |

I dont think adding supplements will help you get over the plateau as much as changing a diet and, especially, changing your workout program. If you have been doing the same thing for over a month, it might be time to change that up a little bit. I would look at the workout section of this website and maybe add some shocks.
Here These will help you.

If you haven't been taking the PWO shake according to the Window of Opportunity method, you have committed muscle suicide.
It's not too late though! Read the article, and follow its recommendations!
