First time in a really long time doing snatches. It is such a fun lift and I like to say snatch lol. I am really improving on my jogging my lungs are getting stronger and it is coming back fast. It isnt easy running everyday after lifting when my heart rate is already sky high.

Pt Test
300 meter sprint Under 56 sec Pushups Situps 1.5mile run 12:05 Maxed everything. Went home lifted an hour after this test ended. 9/7/08 DE OH/ DE DL Axle press (clean 1st)- 122 8x3 DL- 295 8x1 Axle Press (clean 1st)- 142x7 147x7 152x7 Pullups- 12 12 10 Ab cirucit- (rockies/lying leg raise/crunches) 10 x 10/20/20 10 x 10/20/10 *I lifted an hour after my pt tet because football is on and I dont want to miss the Eagles smashing the Rams. This new split is really productive and I never get sore so I can train hard and smart everyday. I will see what happens when I bring back squats next week on ME Snatch day (Sat) I only did front squats yesterday because I couldnt afford to be sore today.

I think I might alternate heavy weeks and rep weeks for the deadlift and squat and see how it works.
