I got a lot deeper in them and I will continue to use the boots for olympic squatting.

High pulls are one of my favorite upperback/trap lifts. I enjoy all of the olympic lifts and their variations.

Box Squat- 245 8x2 13 3/4 box Speed DL- 275 8 x 1 Stone trainer- 140x2 150x2 160x2 170x2 Step-ups- (dbs) 30x8 30x8 30x10 Db side bend- 120x8 125x8 130x8 Lying leg raises- 20x10 20x10 25x9 *Good day today I used a closer stance on box squats with a higher bar. *I went on a mini-vacation this weekend in Lancaster county PA. I went to a nice Amish buffet last night and went up 6x and bloated myself till i floated lol. Then I went to a brunch buffet today and bloated myself till I was about to burst. I weighed myself when I got home and I was 199 about 9lbs above normal lol. I am sure I will be a lot less tommorow.

Solid session today even tho I went on only 1 and a half meals. I felt like I was running out of gas by the time I got to db snatches. Still finished strong.
