High pulls are one of my favorite upperback/trap lifts. I enjoy all of the olympic lifts and their variations.

*Good day today I used a closer stance on box squats with a higher bar.

*I went on a mini-vacation this weekend in Lancaster county PA. I went to a nice Amish buffet last night and went up 6x and bloated myself till i floated lol. Then I went to a brunch buffet today and bloated myself till I was about to burst. I weighed myself when I got home and I was 199 about 9lbs above normal lol. I am sure I will be a lot less tommorow.
