That means I am just a few inches from hitting 365 to my chest which is my year end goal. I am a true believer in westside cuz it is working great for me right now. I am keeping it simple doing things I suck at and working hard.

Box Squats- 1 inch below 53% 250 10 x 2 Speed DL- (standing on 1.5 inch blocks) 53% 290lbs 10 x 1 Sumo DLS- 335 x 5 355 x 5 375 x 5 Farmers Walks- 165 x 4sets of 75 feet (30 sec rest) Sled PUlling (forward)- 330 6 sets of 75 feet (30 sec rest) Sled Pulling (backward)- 280 6 sets of 75 feet (30 sec rest) *brutal and fun workout today. Farmers walks felt very light. I am getting better at sumo dl too.

Next week I am gonna try overhead pressing first and de bench 2nd. The DE bench wastes too much energy and messes me up on the oh press.

DLs sucked I couldnt even get 555lb off the floor. A few months ago i came 2 inches from locking it out. I am gonna go Sumo for a month to give myself a break from conventional and hopefully come back stronger. Rack pulls went well tho.

SLed Pulling (forward)- 140 x 150fett 185 x 150ft 230 x 150ft 275 x 150ft 320 x 150f 370 x 150ft Farmers walks- 230 (115) x 150feet 410 (205) x 60 feet 410 (205) x 60 feet Swiss ball situps- bw x 75 *sled was good. Farmers sucked bad idea to do it day after deadlift.
