I think people at my gym are starting to think things about me such as A) I am a syko B) I am on the MLB performance enhancing supps C) I am one of the most hardcore mofos they ever seen Only A and C are true. I am 100% natural and I always will be. Unlike most gym goers I actually do my research and give it my all and have goals and a plan.

Box squat (1 inch below //)- 265 11x2 speed dl- 325 10x1 sumo dl- 225x3 275x3 315x3 355x3 315x8 rdl- 225x12 225x12 dec paused situp- 70x8 80x8 80x8 cable chop- 4pl x 10 5pl x 10 5pl+5 x 10 seated hip abduction- 4pl x 12 4pl x 12 seated hip adduction- 4pl x 12 4pl x 12 * good day. my squats havent felt this good in awhile. i have been reading as much as box squatting as i can and it helped. i was able to push back and force my groin open well and man i exploded the weight up. speed pulls were easy. i dont like the hip machines at my gym cuz they are big and bulky which makes the range of motion shorter when i spread them. i did them real light becuz i havent done them in a while and i want to be able to walk tommorow. i like closing my legs more than i like spreading them. maybe im just an old fashioned type of gal lol. on a side note i gotta figure out how much the plates weigh on the machines i hate this single digit numbering system idk if the plates weight 10 lbs or 15lbs or what. i gotta ask sumone oneday. cuz when i switch cable machines i gotta gues what weight i should use.
