yeah i wanted to go heavy on them weighted but i couldnt find the **** weight belt so i had to go for reps.

**** 15 pullups.. haha you got me beat :P For some reason they feel really awkward for me - I'll have to work on them some more.

you going ATG on your squats or to parallel and whats' a HS shrug?

HS is hack squat ie. HS shrugs are done using the hack squat machine
