thanks its i guess u could consider it a hybrid strenght/power/hypertophy/endurance program.

the days go as follows

sun- me bench + assistance
monday- me dl +assistance
tues- upper de and power +assistance

thursday- lower de + assistance + endurance
fri- upper endurance
