Squats-135x10, 225x6, 275x3, 315x3, 335x5, 345x5, 355x4 sumo dl-315x5, 335x5, 355x5 rdl-265x8, 305x8, 345x8 ab pd-13x12, 14x12, 15x12 ob pushdown-7x12, 8x12, 12 standing calf-17x12, 18x12, 19x12 * decent. lacked energy today tho. i didnt breathe great on my squats and it was harder than it should have been. hip mobility exercises made a big difference in depth and i got low with a wide stance fairly easily today.
