forearm roller- 15lbs x1, 1 (omg on fire i love it)
plate pinch- 25s x15s, 15s

* dling sucked i tied my pr from the floor. and it was hard. forearm roller is so cool i havent used it in years and my forearms were numb i loved it.

*using a progressive overload system 3 upper and 3 lower days a week.

no i never maxed them and havent gone heavy on them in a while i keep them failry light for power. thanx for the comment

* decent. lacked energy today tho. i didnt breathe great on my squats and it was harder than it should have been. hip mobility exercises made a big difference in depth and i got low with a wide stance fairly easily today.
