Hey Superbilt, whats up bro? Your training is lookin pretty sweet. Some of those numbers just makes me drool. I hope sometime in the next few years i can be where you're at. BTW, i see you do alot of bench/deadlift sets, with pretty light weights compared to what you lift a few sets later. I assume that they are included of warmups?

squats- 200x8, 250x6, 290x5, 335x5, 360x5, 360x5 360x5 DLs- 230x6 280x5 330x5 355x5 standing ab pd-170x12, 180x12, 190x12 stability ball situp-25x12, 40x12, 50x12 db snatch-60x3, 70x3 *pretty good since it was done at 5 am. im suprised at how strong i am that early in the day.
