*my last workout before florida so i wanted to hammer my arms hard. 9.5 out of 10. i was weak on the cg bench today but strong on everything else. i think it was because of the lowered carb diet i am on. however, i felt good about this and my arms were on fire.

*my legs are still sore from monday and it sucks. good workout today. 8.5 out of 10. i need to push it harder and go to failer. my new split is gonna be
day1- chest/forearms
2- legs/abs
3-delts/bis/calves
4-tris/traps
5-back/abs

*the volume will be lower but the intensity higher.

*awesome workout today. 9.5 out of 10. i had a lot of energy and a lot of intensity i felt like i shoulda been barking today lol. definitely a kickass workout.

*8 out of 10. i went deep on the squats but on the 385 set i felt like i got a bad start and the weight was too low on my traps.
