*awesome leg workout. high-intensity 9.5. squats fetl good today. no problem getting good depth every rep was competetion worthy. ill start off with 335 next week.

* not too good today. my first set of squats was nice. then my knee started hurting a little then during my 2nd set of squats it hurt a lot i couldnt make it down all the way. so im tough but im not stupid so i stopped squating. leg presses the pain wasnt too bad. sldl had no pain at all so i did an extra set to sort of make up for the squats. i plain on taking it easy and not runnin till its healed and ice it every day.

*i decided that im gonna go on 3 week splits instead of 4. i put shoulders/tris first cuz i want to bring them up to better match my chest. tommorow is gonna be legs but idk if im gonna be able to do squats i will have to see how my left knee is if not ill do more sets of leg presses. todays workout was a 9
