I like the circuits you've been throwing in lately. Shooting for some conditioning?
Also, saw the hang snatch in there two workouts ago, I must say, I am falling in love with the hand snatch myself.

Yup more conditioning = feel better. The hand snatch sounds naughty lol. But the hang snatch is mighty fun even if I am weak at it.

I felt I should have gotten 540 on the dead squat but I could not muster enough force. I find this lift harder than the reg squat because of the dead start.

Back was tight today but went ok. 8 out of 10.
