*Tuggin and Shruggin. I dropped my DL training max a bit to get my form and head right. In the spirit of the olympics I added the snatch too. It was so **** humid out today that when I walked out of the shed it was no better. I had to wipe my arms and hands down between every set and my clothes were soaked by the end of this.

*Watched a bunch of Men's Olympic Weightlifting this morning and was motivated to try some again. I just missed the clean at 260 but the rest went well. I am no olympic weightlifter but I love to lift heavy things over my head. I am definately going to be adding some more. Kinda sad though how I can do more weight on the log than the bb lol.
