The band pullaparts between all benching and oh pressing sets has done my shoulders and upper back justice. This is the best my shoulder has felt in a long time. I changed my warmup today to what Jim Wendler recommends in his newest article with a minor adjustment and I felt great and ready to train after words.

I would have liked 5 on 495 but I tried to switch hands and killed my momentum due to callus pain. Other than that everything went as planned.

I was so confident I was going to hit 540 that I lost my arch and tightness out of the hole. The bar decided to roll down my neck and smash me in the back of the head. I got a nice scrap and bump but I passed the concussion test. I was more mad about missing than anything. I tore off an inch by inch gash blood blister on my hand that made gripping the bar suck enough oh well.

I should have repped out on the 320 but I was saving myself expecting to go after a big single but after 345 I know I did not have much left. The extra upper back work between all pressing sets has been working nicely.
