My bench techniquie is improving. It was very hot and humid in the shed and I was sweating like a fat kid who ran down the street to catch the ice cream truck.

I decided to try some speed work for oh to see how that works and it seemed to give my bench a boost. Hit a nice little bench with chains pr too.
