My low back, groin and hips were very tight which made squatting suck. The my sandbag started leaking and I had to tape it up...So much for US Army duffel bag strength. Then I had to use my mini band to keep the tape on it and lift it in the most awkward painful way.

The cable guys showed up as I was doing my warmups to fix the mistake they made the day before and shut off my service because they are an incompetant company so I was interrupted and had to take an hour break during my workout and go back cold but annoyed.

Giving the 5/3/1 Rest Pause training a go. Like it so far. Entire workout from foam rolling warmup to stretching was only 52 minutes.

Other than that I got good volume in and was pumped.

My homemade stone trainer is brutal mostly because the plates hurt to pick up oh well man up!
